 We hired Tom to create our website in March of 2010. Before any work began, Tom discussed with me on the phone details about the project as well as expectations and advice. It was clear to me from the very start that Tom not only had a lot of working knowledge about building sites, but has a high level of integrity as well. I was on a pretty tight budget and Tom was able to make sure that all the pages and information I needed were going to be made available. Tom also beat his original date of delivery which was unexpected. If Tom says he is going to do something, I can rest assured that it will be done in a VERY timely manner. When given the choices from LinkedIn to pick the THREE best attributes for Tom and 9andsomechange.com, I had a difficult time being limited to only three.
